<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine including a hydraulic circuit control device capable of coping even with an overload state that can occur continuously in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The construction machine including a hydraulic circuit control device 30 for controlling a hydraulic circuit connected to hydraulic pumps 12L and 12R of engine drive comprises: an overload state prediction part 300 for predicting the overload state in which pump input torque exceeds prescribed setting torque; a pump input torque control part 301 for controlling the pump input torque to be equal to or below the prescribed setting torque; and a pump input torque adjustment part 302 for executing temporary adjustment of temporarily reducing the pump input torque. The pump input torque adjustment part 302 temporarily lowers the pump input torque every time the overload state is predicted whether or not the temporary adjustment is already under execution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
