<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fund management system for preventing any unintended use by appropriately managing the application of funds supplied in accordance with financing and various allowances. <P>SOLUTION: The fund management system includes: a master information storage unit; a charge processing unit; a notification unit for providing a notification indicating that a candidate has used funds; and a purchase inquiry processing unit for receiving medium identification information, store identification information and merchandise identification information from a store terminal, and for specifying purchase validating conditions of the corresponding candidate from the master information storage unit on the basis of the received medium identification information, and for transmitting the result of determination of whether or not the received store identification information and/or merchandise identification information satisfy the specified purchase validating conditions to the store terminal. The charge processing unit is configured to receive the medium identification information and the information of a charge sum from a balance charge device, and to specify information on the funds of the corresponding candidate from the master information storage unit on the basis of the received medium identification information, and to determine whether or not charge is possible on the basis of the received information of the charge sum and the specified information on the funds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
