摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device in which an oil hole is provided on the back surface side of an engagement part of a pinion, so a lubricant can be supplied to a connecting part of a shaft member through the oil hole. <P>SOLUTION: In the power transmission device 1, annular opposite surfaces are provided on the back surface side of the engagement part of the pinion 7 in a case 3, a groove 15, through which the lubricant, flows is provided in the opposite surfaces 13, and the oil hole 17 is provided for supplying the lubricant from the pinion 7 to the connecting part in a thick part of the case 3 in the groove 15. The opposite surfaces 13 include: a first wall 19 so that the lubricant flowing along the opposite surfaces 13 is flowed into the groove 15 when the pinion 7 rotates in one direction; and a second wall part 21 that is circumferentially provided between the first wall part 19 the oil hole 17 in an outer peripheral side of the groove 15 so that the lubricant flowing along the opposite surfaces 13 is blocked and flowed into the groove when the pinion 7 rotates in the other direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
