<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an insulation cover to be moved optionally after being attached to an overhead distribution line while suppressing the movement of the insulation cover relative to the overhead distribution line due to swing and others of the overhead distribution line, and to enable the construction in rainy weather without hindrance so as to increase workability. <P>SOLUTION: A hinge part 8 is formed in a boundary in a longer direction between one insulation cover body 6 and the other insulation cover body 7 which are each in a semicircle cross section, and one insulation cover body and the other insulation cover body are closed with the hinge part as an opening/closing shaft so as to compose a cylindrical insulation cover 15 with both ends open, and an overhead distribution line is inserted into the cylindrical insulation cover. A large number of elastic projection bodies 16 are projected in each inner face of one insulation cover body and the other insulation cover body, and the large number of elastic projection bodies are brought into elastic contact with the overhead distribution line so that the cylindrical insulation cover is attached to the overhead distribution line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
