PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor capable of reducing torque ripples of a motor even when thinning the thickness of a part where a recessed part of a permanent magnet is formed in a radial direction while reducing cost compared with a conventional art by thinning the thickness of the part where the recessed part of the permanent magnet is formed in the radial direction.
SOLUTION: A rotor for use in a motor has: a rotation shaft; and a permanent magnet 3 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape and fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft. On an inner peripheral surface of the permanent magnet 3, a plurality of recessed parts 3b recessed toward radial direction outside of the rotor are formed at a constant interval in a circumferential direction of the rotor. When the number of magnetic poles to be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the permanent magnet 3 is defined as m and the number of recessed parts 3b is defined as M, M is equal to or more than three and a relation of M=m/n (where, n is an integer equal to or more than two by which M becomes an integer) is satisfied.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
