<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving valve which can control a running cost and an initial cost by reducing an air consumption volume and simplifying and downsizing equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The energy saving valve is configured to have a main valve body 2 in which an air supply port P, a first output port A, a second output port B, and exhaust ports R1, R2 are communicated to the valve hole 3, one piece of spool 4 which is inserted slidably in this valve hole and connects the first and second output ports to the air supply port or the exhaust port respectively, a spool actuator 20 which switches this spool from a first position to a second position, and a pressure regulating piston 30 which receives an elastic bias force while having a pressurized face S on which a pressure of the second output port is activated are provided. A spool moves so that the sectional area of the channel, which leads to a second output port from an air supply port according to a pressure of the second output port, may change and a pressure of the second output port is made to be a set pressure p' smaller than a compressed air pressure p which is supplied from the air supply port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
