<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent of treating metal surface for forming a surface treating film that provides a laminate film formed by laminating a resin film on the surface of a substrate made from stainless steel with excellent adhesion sufficient to prevent the laminate film from peeling off even if it is subsequently subjected to a shape-forming process, and is capable of maintaining the stable adhesion even if it is subsequently exposed to a solvent or an acid. <P>SOLUTION: The agent of treating metal surface includes a Cr(III) compound (A) and one or more compounds (B) selected from an organic compound(s) (b1), i.e., either or both of an anionic compound and a nonionic compound each capable of forming a film, an inorganic compound (b2) capable of forming a film, and an organic chelate (b3) capable of binding to the Cr(III) compound (A) to form a film, wherein N/M is in a range of 0.005 to 1 when M represents the mass of the Cr(III) compound (A) in terms of metallic Cr and N represents the mass of the compound (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
