<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diminish a fitting error without increasing unknown circuit constants of an equivalent circuit model which is used for determining battery deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: A battery deterioration determination device comprises: a fitting portion which obtains a circuit constant of an equivalent circuit model by fitting AC impedance measurement data to the equivalent circuit model having one or more circuit blocks in each of which a resistor R and a CPE are connected in parallel; a P value storage portion which stores a P value of a CPE index, obtained by fitting AC impedance measurement data of a reference battery to the equivalent circuit model; and a deterioration determination portion which determines deterioration of an object battery on the basis of a circuit constant obtained by fitting AC impedance measurement data of the object battery to the equivalent circuit model with the P value used as a fixed value by referring to a database which stores a correlation of a degree of the deterioration of the battery and the circuit constant of the equivalent circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
