<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warpage due to a difference of a thermal expansion coefficient between resin and metal. <P>SOLUTION: The connector according to the present invention comprises: a resin connector housing 20; a flange part 23 provided in a form that it projects from an outer face of the connector housing 20, and in which an insertion hole 24 is formed in a direction crossing with a projection direction; and a metal outer cover 30 bolt-fastened to a metal frame 50 in a manner to cover the flange part 23 for holding the connector housing 20 to the frame 50. A collar part 32 entering in the insertion hole 24 is integrally formed on the outer cover 30. A bolt B is inserted in the collar part 32 and fastened to the frame 50, and therefore, the collar part 32 is kept in contact with a surface of the frame 50.
