<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which can reduce user's discomfort caused by different data acquisition time in a plurality of access destinations. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of communication conditions between a plurality access destinations and an information processor, the information processor determines a data amount of data for requiring the data from the access destinations in order to have the same response times from when the information processor requires the data from the access destinations until the information processor acquires the data, in the access destinations.
