<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening prevention label that brings difficulty in fraudulent acts such as unauthorized opening and replacement and further forgery or interpolation. <P>SOLUTION: One surface of a transparent substrate 1 constituting an opening prevention label is subjected to a surface activation treatment 2 in a patterned state. The opening prevention label has such an effect that when the label is peeled, only the transparent substrate is easily peeled and the 'pattern' appears after peeling. By applying a predetermined electric field to an electroluminescence element layer 4 of the label, a hologram reproduction image including a chipped portion in the 'pattern' state appears, which facilitates determination on the authenticity of the label. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
