<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid medicinal preparation ameliorated in dissolution tendency, through a simple process in terms of pharmaceutical manufacturing operation, as for such a medicament as to effect delay in disintegration and dissolution as a result of forming tacky gel layer on the surface of the medicament granules on contact with water. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the solid medicinal preparation ameliorated in dissolution tendency is provided, comprising: coating, in layer(s), a water-soluble polymer solution dispersed/suspended with water-soluble or -insoluble additive microparticles on physiologically active substance granules forming tacky gel layer on the surface thereof on contact with water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
