PURPOSE: A structure of a ladder assembly and a manufacturing method thereof for using plates are provided to reduce the production costs by easily changing designs and processing plates. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a ladder assembly and a manufacturing method thereof for using plates comprise a truss shape plate(202), a side rail member(206), a lower member of a sliding unit(201), an upper member of a sliding unit(204), and a cover member of a sliding unit(203). The truss shape plate is formed as a truss shape with a certain angle by laser cutting processes. The side rail member is symmetrically positioned by the truss shape plate. The lower member of a sliding unit is bent and processed to a U-shape and welded to the lower part of the truss shape plate. The upper member of a sliding unit is bent twice and processed to a C-shape and welded to the lower part of the truss shape plate. The cover member of a sliding unit is bent and processed to a U-shape and welded to the upper part of the lower member of a sliding unit.
