<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire stud which prevents fall from a tire early, and a studded tire which prevents the stud from falling during traveling and which exerts desired traveling performance even after a long-term use. <P>SOLUTION: The tire stud includes a columnar body which has a hole formed in one axial-direction end surface, and a pin which is arranged in the hole and partially protruded from the end surface of the body. In a cross-sectional view along an axial direction of the body, an angle of the pin formed by a virtual line in contact with a contour line of the body through an edge on the side of protrusion from the end surface of the body, and the axis line, is less than 45° when measured from an acute-angle side.
