PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to flexibly handle change of a state of an electric facility, and perform appropriate adjustment of an electric quantity.

SOLUTION: An electric quantity adjustment device comprises: a storage part 170 which is connected to electric facilities 200 to 600 and stores a target quantity that is an electric quantity to be a target; a presentation quantity determination part 162 determining a presentation quantity to be presented to the outside as an electric quantity relating to the electric facilities 200 to 600 and corresponding to at least part of the target quantity; a presentation quality output part 163 outputting the presentation quantity determined by the presentation quantity determination part 162 to the outside through a communication network N; a presentation quantity acceptance part 164 accepting the presentation quantity from the outside through the communication network N; and an adjustment part 165 adjusting the electric quantity relating to the electric facilities 200 to 600 on the basis of the target quantity, the presentation quantity determined by the presentation quantity determination part 162, and the presentation quantity accepted by the presentation quantity acceptance part 164.
