<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film structure which dissolves an adverse effect of obstructing a visual field of a display device due to presence of a transparent conductive film when applied as a structure for a touch panel, and its manufacturing method or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film structure comprises a transparent substrate and a transparent conductive film which is provided on the substrate and has a circuit pattern shape, and is provided, in an area near an outer edge of the transparent conductive film, with a refractive index buffer part comprising a plurality of slit groups and non-slit groups that penetrate the transparent conductive film and are provided in parallel with the outer edge. The refractive index buffer part is sectioned by unit areas that are in parallel with the outer edge and have the same width dimension with each other over the width direction, and a refractive index of the unit area in the refractive index buffer part is continuously changed from the unit area on the outermost side having the almost same refractive index as the transparent substrate to the unit area on the innermost side having the almost same refractive index as the transparent conductive film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
