<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of increasing the number of output amplitude settings for a transfer signal without increasing the number of driver external terminals, and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: an input circuit that is provided with input terminals which receive a data signal, control signal, clock signal and amplitude adjustment signal; a drive circuit that drives the video signal line or scan signal line of a video display device 1 comprising a plurality of pixels on the basis of the data signal and control signal; a register 11e that holds amplitude adjustment data consisting of a plurality of bits that is input by the amplitude adjustment signal; and a transfer circuit 11f that adjusts the output amplitude of at least either the control signal or clock signal according to the amplitude adjustment data held by the register, and outputs it as a transfer signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
