<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales information management device in which operation of a whole device is hardly made unstable even when a normal power mode is changed to a power saving conduction mode or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a sales information management device 10 including: a switching condition storage part 26 for storing a normal power mode for supplying normal operation power of a sales information management device which manages sales related information of merchandise or the like, a power reduction mode for reducing the operation power of the sales information management device, and switching condition information as switching conditions of those modes; and a switching part 28 for switching the normal power mode and the power reduction mode on the basis of the switching condition information.
