The invention relates to a pump with rotary pistons and variable output. This pump essentially consists of a body 1 including two adjoining and communicating semicylindrical cavities 11 and 12 in which are mounted two rotors 2 and 3 provided at their periphery with pistons 21 or 31 with a flared head, between which is inserted and slides a grooved sleeve 9 or 70 allowing an adjustment of the output per rotation of the pump. The relative movement of the sleeves 9 or 70 between the rotors 2 or 3 is obtained by moving a sliding mounting plate 60 in the semicylindrical cavities 11 and 12 under the action of a means for adjusting the distance separating the said mounting plate 60 from the cover 16 such as, for example, a controlled variation of the volume of an incompressible fluid introduced into the corresponding space.
