PURPOSE: An intelligent information recommendation system, a method thereof, and a recording medium thereabout are provided to supply information about an interesting subject which a user wants by providing and storing information related to intent which the user directly registers. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(300) registers intent and periodically receives related information about the registered intent. The user terminal obtains one or more of location information and schedule information of a user. The user terminal recommends the intent related to a location or a schedule of the user.
