PURPOSE: A quiz service method with a smart phone and a system therefor are provided to supply a quiz to a quiz applicant by driving an application by providing the quiz through a smart phone including a giveaway quiz application. CONSTITUTION: At a quiz starting time, a quiz information generating unit(210) generates quiz information displayed on a display unit of a smart phone. A quiz information transmitting unit(220) transmits the generated quiz information to the smart phone. A quiz answer receiving unit(240) receives a quiz answer from a quiz applicant of the smart phone. A target inquiry unit(250) inquires into a target person according to the answer.
