PURPOSE: A vehicle SNS message generating device is provide to safely drive a vehicle while using an SNS by allowing a user to easily write an SNS message while driving the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(101) receives a signal from a user. A display unit(105) displays a first list. If first content is selected from the first list through the input unit, a control unit(103) displays a second list including sub content of the first content on the display unit. The control unit generates the first content, the second content, and an SNS message including vehicle location information.
