PURPOSE: An advertisement providing system for synchronizing an accumulation condition with a description of an advertisement and a method thereof are provided to synchronize an accumulation rate included in T&D(Title and Description) with a current accumulation rate of a corresponding advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A keyword confirmation unit(810) confirms whether a preset keyword is included in T&D of an advertisement inputted by an advertiser. If the keyword is included in the T&D, a registration managing unit(820) permits or limits the registration of the T&D according to the member store membership of the advertiser. Accumulated money is determined based on purchase payment and the money is provided to a member.
