<p>The female connection assembly for a welding machine, comprises a base (104) that is made of an electrically insulating material and has a housing, an electrically conductive female connection device (102), and a locking nut. The welding machine includes a cover pierced by a cutting open having two parallel edges and a bottom, and a welding cable having a male connection device. The female connection device is housed and fixed in the housing, and is intended to receive the male connection device. The base further has two grooves (208) disposed on the both sides of the base. The elastic flank is formed by a part of the base that is present in a backside of the cover. The housing has a bottom with a hole. The female connection device protrudes through the hole, and includes a thread, a tapped hole that is opposite to the base, a crimping tube extending towards backside of the base, and a closure wall extending towards backside of the base. The closure wall has a non-right angle to an axis of the grooves. An independent claim is included for a welding machine.</p> |
