PURPOSE: A smart watt hour meter of power transaction system is provided to efficiently consume power and sell remaining power. CONSTITUTION: A smart watt hour meter of a power transaction system comprises a power converting part(116) for measuring the amount of power produced from a self-generating apparatus or power network. A power switch(114) opens/closes power from either a self-generating apparatus or power network in order to supply to a load, and opens/closes power generated from a self-generating apparatus for power transaction, by connecting with the power transaction system. Power metering part(118) calculates the amount of power consumption in a load and the amount of power sold through the power transaction system.
