The device (20) has a circular base (21) in contact with a stator (1) of an electric motor at an end, where the stator is mechanically connected to a case containing the motor by adhesive resin. Strips (22) radially emerge from the base to be in contact with the case. Branches (23, 24) of the device are longitudinally emerged from the strips and extended between the stator and the case. The branches extend perpendicular to the base, so that the device possesses cylindrical shape. The branches are extended on a periphery of stator according to angular sector ranging between 2 and 10 degrees. An independent claim is also included for a case of an electric compressor.
