PURPOSE: An effective fire judgment system is provided to judge an effective fire state and estimate a starting time for the effective fire as trigger signals are generated by the differences in voltage values in the charge and discharge based on its pre-set critical values. CONSTITUTION: An effective fire judgment system(10) comprises a sensor unit(100), a trigger signal generating unit(200), and an effective fire judgment unit(300). The sensor unit measures the impact caused by firing a cannon, thereby outputting electrical signals which corresponds to the impact. The trigger signal generating unit amplifies the electric signals according to a pre-set amplification ratio, thereby generating trigger signals based on the differences in the voltage values in the charge and discharge based on a pre-set critical value after effective fire judgment unit judges the fire as an effective fire when the amplitude or the pulse width of the trigger signals is over a pre-set amplitude or a pre-set pulse width.
