The blind has a flexible/semi rigid ply foldable in accordion toward bottom and upper and lower extreme horizontal bars (6, 7) connected to the ply and slidingly mounted on slides formed by vertical cables (10) under elastic tension. The cables are extended in a rectilinear manner between upper and lower intermediate parts (14, 15) of the blind on a window frame (2), sleeper or opening frame (3) of a door frame. Each of the cables has a conical tip (20) that is dependant with possibility of manual disassembling on a fixed element of the door frame or on one of the parts on the door frame.
