PURPOSE: A waste resin recycler and extrusion molding equipment for synthetic resin boards using the same are provided to increase inter-layer binding force by spreading binder between each layer when extrusion-molding synthetic resin boards with multi-layer structure, and thus effectively prevent separation and peeling off between different materials. CONSTITUTION: A waste resin recycler and extrusion molding equipment for synthetic resin boards using the same include a waste resin recycler, an extrusion means, and a molding unit. The waste resin recycler includes a crushing part(100), a washing part(120), a drying part(140), a recycled material molding part(160), a dust treatment part(180), and a waste water treatment part(190). The crushing part crushes collected waste resins. The washing part removes foreign substances by washing the waste resins crushed at the crushing part. The drying part dries the waste resins washed at the washing part with hot air. The recycled material molding part fuses the waste resins dried at the drying part and molds the fused waste resins into a recycled material in pellet form. The dust treatment part removes the dust generated during the crushing of the waste resins at the crushing part. The waste water treatment part purifies the waste water generated during the washing of the waste resins at the washing part. The molding unit molds the fused resins supplied from the extrusion means into a board in plate form. The molding unit is equipped with a base block, a molding block, and a binder spreading means. The fused resins are discharged through discharge outlets and molded into a multi-layer board at the molding block. The binder spreading means spreads binder between the upper layer and the lower layer of the board during the discharging of the fused resins.
