METHOD FOR INTERSTITIAL POLYMER PLANARIZATION USING A FLEXIBLE FLAT PLATE

PURPOSE: A method using a flexible plate for the complanation of a gap polymer is provide to reduce problem for the penetration of ink with in a completed print head and reduce an ink leakage within a print head. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming an ink jet print head is as follows. An unhardened dielectric gap layer is arranged on piezoelectric elements(10). A release agent and a flexible upper plate are interposed between the unhardened dielectric gap layer and an upper press plate. The unhardened dielectric gap layer and the release agent are in contact. Pressure is added to the unhardened dielectric gap layer by using the upper press plate.
