PURPOSE: A method for issuing a real time discount coupon and conducting an event by using an application is provided to maximize a marketing effect for a member store by modifying event information and issuing additional discount coupons. CONSTITUTION: An application server registers an application including discount coupon information(32). A terminal downloading the application scans a QR(Quick Response) code(33). The application server issues a pre-designated discount coupon corresponding to the QR code or a discount coupon to which an additional discount is applied(37).
