PURPOSE: A remote consulting service system and a method thereof are provided to simplify a remote consulting service process by directly controlling a terminal device of a user with a simple manipulation of a consulting terminal device. CONSTITUTION: Consulting terminal devices(200,500) provide execution information including one or more of execution target information and execution command information based on a terminal state information received from a specific user terminal device. A remote consulting support device(300) generates a remote consulting command according to the execution target information to provide a command to the user terminal device.
