PURPOSE: A method for accumulating points using a phone number and a system thereof are provided to supply efficient and reasonable advertising expenses by expanding advertising expenses according to the sales of an advertiser without previously selecting a price for the advertisement posting. CONSTITUTION: When a product or a service is ordered to an advertiser(22-1) through a pamphlet(21-2) or a flyer distributed to a plurality of consumers(21-1) by an advertisement provider(23-1), an internet telephone(22-2) records the order of the product or the service. The internet telephone automatically transmits a recorded file to a server(23-2) of the advertisement provider.
