PURPOSE: A social network service(SNS) providing method and a device thereof are provided to group users having a common interest and a similar level, thereby determining whether or not an experience is suitable based on evaluation information by others. CONSTITUTION: An evaluation information management unit(134) manages grade information including a grade of a unit user. A synchronization rate operator(135) respectively compares grade information including a grade given by other unit users and the grade information of the said unit user for each evaluated object corresponding to the grade information. The synchronization rate operator calculates a synchronization rate for the said unit user and other unit users.
