The system has a connection element i.e. trapezoid anchor (1), comprising interior anchoring end connected to an interior concrete skin (2) of a wall panel. External anchoring end of the element is connected with external concrete skin (3) of the pane. The anchor has a flat body made of stainless steel. A thimble (4) has a guide surface (40) to guide a lifting cable (9) e.g. strap. The thimble is fixed to a body of the anchor while extending from one face to another face of the anchor to allow the cable to pass under the anchor and on both sides of the anchor.
