The device has a movable frame for carrying a clean water distribution unit (3) and a wastewater recovery unit (4). The distribution unit consists of a washing pipe (2B), and a connection unit (2C) at an upstream end for connection to a supply valve of a domestic water supply network. The recovery unit includes a pump (4A) inserted between an extraction pipe (4B) and a discharge pipe (4C). A disinfecting container (5) is provided with a content introducing unit (6) i.e. venturi system, which introduces contents into the pipes of the distribution and recovery units.
