VENTURI NOZZLE AND A FILTER STRUCTURE WITH VENTURI NOZZLE IN DUST COLLECTOR

PURPOSE: A venturi nozzle and a filter structure for a dust collector with the same are provided to inflow air by reducing the distance between a suction area and a lower part discharge unit as an upper part venturi tube and a lower part venturi tube are combined onto the upper part of a filter cap with a protruded shape in a two-staged venturi structure and to increase suction flux through the inflow of the air. CONSTITUTION: A venturi nozzle(100) comprises the upper part venturi tube (110) and the lower part venturi tube(120). The internal diameter of the upper venturi tube gets smaller from the upper part to the lower part. The lower venturi tube is equipped with a circular circumference part(122) and multiple wing parts(124). The center area of the circular circumference part is penetrated to be inserted and combined with the outer lower circumference where the upper venture tube is fastened. The multiple wing part is protruded in a length direction with a certain interval from the circular circumference in a radial shape.
