<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The element has a photovoltaic panel (1) forming a frame (4) in a framework, and a mounting structure fitted to the photovoltaic panel. The mounting structure is formed of a plate (5) with a fixing body (6) on the frame. Median rails (8-10) are formed between channels (14) of ventilation and of drainage of surface water, where the channels extend beneath the panel.
