A dynamic damper is provided to change size and weight of a mass for easily responding to vibration characteristics of a vehicle, and to respond to a length of the mass by including a connector between a pair of plates according to elongation of the length of the mass. A dynamic damper(A) constructed to be properly changeable according to various vibration characteristics of a vehicle, which comprises: a mass(100) provided with a through hole(110), a pair of rubbers(200) inserted into both sides of the through hole and provided with an insertion hole(210) at the middle thereof, and a pair of plates(300) inserted into the insertion hole and provided with fixing hole or fixing projection at the inserted ends respectively. |
