<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a sink mark on an appearance surface of an exterior cover to improve the appearance in an exterior cover of a saddle type vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the exterior cover of the saddle type vehicle that is formed by integrating a plurality of resin members, a shroud 37 has an overlapping part 83 where a front cover part 60 and a rear cover part 70 among a plurality of resin members overlap, and is insert molded. The shroud 37 has the front cover part 60 that composes an external-appearance-surface side at the overlapping part 83 and the rear cover part 70 that composes a non-external-appearance-surface side which is overlapped with the front cover part 60 at the overlapping part 83.
