<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control unit achieving high heat radiation performance with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic control unit 1 includes a heat radiation sheet 51 located between a resin substrate 20 on which a power MOSFET 31 is surface-mounted and a heat sink 40 provided at the side of the resin substrate 20 which is opposite to the power MOSFET 31. A corner of the resin substrate 20 is fixed to the heat sink 40 by a screw 252, and a center part of the resin substrate 20 is fixed to the heat sink 40 by a screw 255. The heat radiation sheet 51 is positioned by the screws 252 and 255. When the resin substrate 20 is assembled, this fixation structure allows the heat radiation sheet 51 to be fixed between the heat sink 40 and the resin substrate 20 and the misalignment is prevented by the screws 252 and 255. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
