Provided are a trimmer and an attachment for angle adjustment for which parts costs are inexpensive, which can reduce weight, and which can easily form a constitution such that angles can be adjusted from an existing trimmer in which angles cannot be adjusted. The trimmer is provided with: a first rotating part (42) having an attachment part (43) for attachment to a rod (31) and a cylindrical part (46); a second rotating part (44) disposed on the inside or outside of the cylindrical part (46) of the first rotating part (42) and having a cylindrical part (50) slidable with the direction of the axial line of the cylindrical part (46) as an axial line and an attachment part (52) for attachment to the rod (31); a flexible linking member (54) that links a shaft (38) inside the rod (31) on a motor (32) side and the shaft (38) inside the rod (31) on a rotary blade support part side; a first wire (56) the tip part of which is linked to the upper surface of the cylindrical part (46) or the upper surface of the cylindrical part (50); a second wire (58) the tip part of which is linked to the lower surface of the cylindrical part (46) or the lower surface of the cylindrical part (50); and an operating lever (70) to which the back end parts of both wires (56, 58) are linked and which puts the pushing and pulling operations for the two wires (56, 58) in opposite directions.
