Novelty: Flexible elastomer building insulation material in the form of a stone, slate or tufa is disclosed. Technical features: It is long-life, 3kg/m2 heavy, 3 to 8mm thick, inoffensive for humans(no wounds inflicted in the event of accident), non-influenced by weather conditions, difficult to detach, environmentally friendly, and easy to be set in place even by non specialized staff (15 to 1-m2 surface covering per day). It is able to embrace corners (with no cuttings) and even rounded columns, be cut out -when needed- via a cutting tool and adhered to walls with use of the same material so that manufacture and installation cost is reduced. The figures (1,2,3,4) depict the external appearance of said materials being 700mm wide and 1300mm long when applied to internal and external walls; when cut out in smaller dimensions, the joints of said insulation materials are made of the same material so that clients can be in position to create their own individual designs. It is a lightweight (3 to 8mm thick, see section of figures 1,2,3,4) and, thereby, a flexible easy-to-use material. Purpose: To be used in the place of other heavier and thereby more expensive materials (marble slabs, wood coating)as a flexible insulation and decorative material for coating internal and external walls of any dimensions, in high buildings; to embrace corners and even rounded columns as well. |
