<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deviation of impact positions of fluid. <P>SOLUTION: This image recording device includes: a nozzle group in which nozzles are arranged in a first direction; a detection means detecting a distance from the nozzle group to a recorded medium; and a control part making the nozzles discharge fluids during second moving operation while repeating the execution of first moving operation of relative movement between the nozzle group and the recorded medium in the first direction and the second moving operation of relative movement between the nozzle group and the recorded medium in a second direction intersecting with the first direction where the control part acquires distances corresponding to respective nozzles based on a distance change in the first direction as a detection result of the detection means in the first moving operation and a distance change in the second direction as a detection result of the detection means in the second moving operation, and thereby corrects the timing of discharging the fluids from the respective nozzles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
