LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display which suppresses generation of color unevenness of a liquid crystal display panel even though a plate-like component is adhered, and to provide a manufacturing method of it.

SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display comprises: a liquid crystal display panel 10; a plate-like component 32 which is disposed to face the display surface 12 of the liquid crystal display panel 10 and has a light-transmitting area; a light-transmitting adhesive layer 38 which is adhered to the display surface 12 of the liquid crystal display panel 10; and a light-transmitting bonding layer 40 which is bonded to the surface of the plate-like component 32 which faces the display surface 12. The plate-like component 32 is attached to the liquid crystal display panel 10 via the adhesive layer 38 and the bonding layer 40.
