<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for making a user know intuitively a relative position, a transfer range and the like before and after changing imaging angles of a rotatable image pickup apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A sliding section sets an amount of change specified for a control device when the sliding section is slid to one end of a slidable range as a lower limit of the amount of change. The sliding section sets an amount of change specified for the control device when the sliding section is slid to the other end of the slidable range as an upper limit of the amount of change. As a position of the sliding section is closer to the one end, an amount of change that is equal to or more than the lower limit of the amount of change and closer to the lower limit of the amount of change is specified for the control device.
