Provided are an adsorbent for desulfurization of hydrocarbon oils, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The adsorbent comprises the following components, on the basis of the total weight of the adsorbent: (1) aluminosilicate molecular sieves having an A-FAU structure (A has a valency of +1), in an amount of 1-20 wt%; (2) at least one binder selected from titanium dioxide, tin dioxide, zirconium dioxide, and aluminium oxide, in an amount of 3-35 wt%; (3) a silicon dioxide source, in an amount of 5-40 wt%; (4) zinc oxide, in an amount of 10-80 wt%; and (5) at least one promoter metal selected from cobalt, nickel, iron and manganese, in an amount of 5-30 wt% based on the metal, wherein at least 10 wt% of the promoter metal is present in a reduced valence state. The preparation method for the adsorbent comprises putting the binder, the silicon dioxide source, the aluminosilicate molecular sieves with an A-FAU structure and the zinc oxide into contact with each other to obtain a carrier; putting the carrier into contact with a compound containing the promoter metal to obtain an adsorbent precursor; and reducing the precursor to obtain the adsorbent. The adsorbent, when used for desulfurization of hydrocarbon oils, not only has a highly active and stable adsorption, but also can significantly improve the octane value of finished gasoline. |
