<p>The present invention provides a quality evaluation apparatus capable of showing the state of SLA compliance at a specific point of time during provision of service. The quality evaluation apparatus is provided with: an acceptable range calculating means for calculating the acceptable range for the quantity of instances of monitoring data not satisfying a monitoring standard value, which is the standard value for the monitoring data, said acceptable range being calculated on the basis of both a violating condition defining a condition of operation violation by the object to be monitored, and a total monitoring count for monitoring for the violating condition, said total monitoring count being calculated from the monitoring data acquisition interval and the monitoring period; and a compliance rate calculating means for calculating a compliance rate with respect to the violating condition at an arbitrary point of time during the monitoring period, on the basis of the monitoring data and the acceptable range.</p> |
