PURPOSE: An arc induction type needle part grounding rod structure is provided to prevent a needle electrode from being bent in high voltages by using a carbon material needle. CONSTITUTION: A carbon electrode is used for each needle electrode(14a) of a needle electrode unit(14). A front end unit of the needle electrode is grinded in high voltages. When the needle electrode is melted inside a discharge tube(20), the needle electrode unit is separated from a discharge tube. A user is able to use an arc induction type needle part grounding rod structure(A) in a long time.
