<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of suppressing breakage of a second detection electrode pattern. <P>SOLUTION: An input device X1 comprises: a substrate 10 having a first main surface in which an input operation is performed by a user, and a second main surface 10a located at an opposite side of the first main surface; a first detection electrode pattern 20 provided on the second main surface 10a of the substrate 10; and a second detection electrode pattern 30 which is provided on the second main surface 10a of the substrate 10 and a part of which crosses with the first detection electrode pattern 20 through an insulator 40.
